MISSION STATEMENT
Advocates for the Criminally Accused, Inc. is a peer-based organization devoted to assisting and insisting on the rights and dignity of persons accused of criminal activity, with a special focus on standing in solidarity with the stigmatized.
Through support and intervention, ACA Inc. exists to speak up for the criminal defendant, the convict, the parolee, and the societially marginalized in asserting their human and constitutional rights within the State of New York justice systems. We further seek to confront and correct social stigmas, judicial bias, unethical law enforcement, and discriminatory laws that operate as impediments to the presumptions of innocence and rehabilitation, to the delivery of justice, and to the acceptance and re-integration of ex-cons.
Incorporated in New York in 2022, ACA Inc. trains, deploys, and provides administrative oversight to teams of volunteers with experience and interest in reforming the errancies and excesses faced by the criminally accused.
